Refund Policy

CLASSTUNE/ClassPay shall not be liable for any loss of use, access, any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages or losses, wrong, faulty or inaccurate transactions that might take place in, negligence or otherwise including without limitation to the foregoing any damages or losses in relation to:

  1. Any amount of money paid to the institution in form of semester fees, exam fees or any other expenses incurred, that is directly made to the institution facility, ie, bank account, personal account or other 3rd party payment gateways.
  2. Any transaction that was deemed faulty due to human error, made to a 3rd party, ie, school, stationery supplier, teacher, etc. or
  3. Any disagreement between parties on the paid amount, regarding any waiver made due to scholarships or special fees.

In case of any refund, correction or any action related to rectifying a faulty payment, the concerned person should make an application to the institution to whom the payment was made.

The collective decision or course of action regarding any refund or erroneous payments made by the sender shall be solved with the discretion of both the parties or not, where CLASSTUNE/ClassPay is not a party to decision or discretion.
