What are the features will I get in Premium School?

Homework: This feature is convenient for everyone! Teachers can assign homework to whole class or individual student. Students now can find homework easily. Set reminder and mark done once completed and parents can keep track of homework assigned to child.

Notice: Any notice without any word limitation can be sent. Its real time and interactive. Instant notification to parents.

Profile Management (Student Profile + Teacher Profile): Each student, his/her parents, Teacher, Staff members and management will have separate login to access the desired information. So you can know all the things for every single student, his/her parents, Teacher, Staff members.

Attendance: Taking class attendance is now easier than ever! Teachers can take attendance in few clicks, and parents get real time notification. Also, it helps school to keep records.

Routine: Teachers and Management can modify routine when necessary and send instant notification.

Academic Calendar: School can share the academic calendar in the beginning of the year with the authority of modification when required. It helps parents to plan family holidays.

Report Card: Teacher can upload the report card of class tests, exams, projects and students can see it online. Students can place it for parents view and after reviewing parents can send acknowledgement to school.

Leave: Applying for leave is now hassle free! Parents can apply for Student’s leave and get notification once granted. Teachers can approve Students leave and can apply for their own leaves also.

Lesson Plan: Teachers can upload weekly, monthly and yearly lesson plans. It allows students and parents to plan ahead of time.

1. After completing initial school setup, you will receive an email.

2. You will get your username and school code in confirmation email.

How Do I Add Free School on ClassTune?

f you do not see your school listed when you are signing up for ClassTune for the first time, it may be because you are the first person at your school to use ClassTune. Welcome!

If that is the case, you will need to request to add your school to our database. This way, your account will be associated with your school. You only need to add your school once – once your school has been approved, teachers, parents and students at your school can use it.

To add your school, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.classtune.com

2. Click I’m School Admin

3. Choose your package Basic or Premium. Basic package is for free school creation and Premium package is for paid school creation.

5. “Registration for School Creation” page will appear.

6. Enter First Name

7. Enter Last Name

8. Enter Valid email address. This email address acts as your username

9. Confirm Email

10. Enter Password. Password should be at least 6 characters

17. Congratulations! You will get your school name and your school code. Use the school code to create user for your school.

20. Click on Have shift? if you have shift in your school

21. Click on Setup Classes that means which classes are available in your school and add section name under the class.

22. You can add more class except the classes available in the list. Click Add More Class +

23. After setting up shift and class, Click on the save button.

24. Then Setup Subjects (Subjects reading in your class).

25. You will see the subject name on the right corner. Now Assign subject to the classes.
